2. Returns for Faulty Products
2.1 Eligibility: To return a faulty product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and you need to have proof of purchase. You must report the fault within 7 days of receiving the product.

Step 1: Email us at returns@gomytoy.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the product.
Step 3: Send the product back to us using the instructions we provide. Make sure it’s securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
2.3 Inspection and Approval: Once we get the returned product, our team will check it. If it’s confirmed to be faulty, we’ll process your refund or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer.

3. Refund Process
3.1 Approval and Processing: If your return is approved, we’ll refund your original payment method. The refund will cover the cost of the product and any taxes.

3.2 Timeframe: Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Faulty Products: If you’re returning a faulty product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

4.2 Non-Faulty Products: If you’re returning a non-faulty product (unused and in original packaging), you’ll need to pay for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
